Returns and Refunds. UK Customers

We want you to love your Sphinx fragrance. If you're not happy, here's how returns work for orders delivered to the UK.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You don't need to give a reason. To cancel, email sales@sphinxfragrances.com with your order number, or send us any other clear statement that you want to cancel.

Once you've told us, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Sealed products

For hygiene reasons, fragrances, discovery sets, travel sprays and bundles can only be returned if the seal or cellophane is unbroken. Once a product has been unsealed, it can't be returned unless it is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll offer a full refund or a free replacement, and we cover all postage costs. Photos of the damage help us process your claim faster.

Refunds

When you cancel, we refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge. We don't charge any restocking or handling fee. We may reduce your refund only if the product has been used beyond what's needed to check it.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first.

Return postage

You pay the cost of sending a cancelled item back. We recommend using tracked postage and keeping proof of postage. Email us first and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
