Return / Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is Sphinx Fragrance's top priority, and we want to be sure you absolutely love your purchase.
We do NOT accept returns If an item you purchased happens to not be within your style or liking, that is why we do offer our customers travel and a sample option.
Discovery Sets and travel size cannot be returned or exchanged. The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Product that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Product must be returned with shipment tracking. Sphinx Fragrances, LLC is not liable for lost, stollen or damaged product returns.
Product must be returned in the original shipping box, packing materials and include copy of the shipping invoice. Only products purchased from Sphinxfragrances.com are eligible for return/exchange.
Refunds are issued in original form of payment only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed or refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred in returning a product is also not refundable.
Products should be inspected upon delivery for any damage/concerns. If product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to file a report or will not be accepted.

In the advent of damaged product, replacement products will be shipped free of charge, except where expedited shipping is requested.
Return/exchange requests will be reviewed and granted at the company’s discretion. Sphinx Fragrances reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that fails to meet our Return Policy criteria.
